Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to support event registration and guest services in Anaheim, CA. This is a Contract position suited for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and creating a smooth arrival experience in a busy event setting. The ideal candidate will combine professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to assist attendees and keep front-desk operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome attendees warmly and create a positive first impression at the registration area.

• Process guest check-ins with accuracy and efficiency while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

• Distribute name badges, printed materials, and wayfinding information to help visitors navigate the event.

• Respond to participant inquiries and provide clear, helpful information about schedules, locations, and general event details.

• Complete administrative tasks such as entering information, preparing registration items, and keeping attendance documentation up to date.

• Maintain a neat, orderly, and inviting front-desk space throughout the assignment.

• Coordinate with on-site event personnel to address questions, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when appropriate.

• Contribute to overall event success by delivering consistent customer support during all guest interactions.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, front desk support, reception, registration, or event assistance.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse guests.
• Confidence working with high attendee volume in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid organizational abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort performing routine administrative work.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a detail-oriented presentation.
• Ability to assist guests, provide directions, and support front-desk operations with a service-focused approach.

Compensation

$17.41-$20.16 Hourly
