Pricing Manager
We are looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to lead pricing strategy and support profitable growth for our operations in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical ability with the confidence to communicate effectively across all levels of the business. You will help shape pricing decisions, guide a detail-focused team, and partner with leadership to improve consistency, accuracy, and overall commercial performance in a fast-growing distribution environment.
**ON-SITE Monday - Friday**
Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine pricing strategies that align with company goals, market conditions, and margin expectations.
• Lead pricing analysis by evaluating trends, customer behavior, product performance, and competitive factors to support sound decision-making.
• Manage and mentor a team responsible for pricing accuracy, data quality, and day-to-day execution of pricing activities.
• Partner with sales, finance, operations, and leadership to explain pricing recommendations and build alignment on key initiatives.
• Create reports, dashboards, and models that provide visibility into pricing performance, revenue impact, and areas for improvement.
• Review existing pricing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical changes that strengthen controls and consistency.
• Support system-related pricing activities across business platforms such as ERP, CRM, and reporting tools when updates or process changes affect pricing workflows.
• Coach stakeholders across the organization on pricing practices, helping teams understand methodology, exceptions, and business impact.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.• At least 5 years of experience in pricing, finance, revenue management, or a closely related function.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience overseeing people, workflows, or pricing operations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present clearly to both frontline employees and executive leadership.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with experience building pricing models and interpreting complex data sets.
• Hands-on experience with Excel and business systems such as Infor, Salesforce, Qlik, or SAP Business Warehouse.
• Background in distribution, industrial products, or manufacturing-related environments is highly valued.
• Ability to work on-site in Nashville, Tennessee and be available for a full in-office schedule.
Compensation
