Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients, visitors, and suppliers with a courteous and welcoming approach while ensuring a positive front office experience.
• Answer and direct incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, taking accurate messages and routing inquiries efficiently.
• Keep the reception area neat, organized, and ready to receive guests throughout the workday.
• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance such as preparing correspondence, coordinating calendars, and supporting general office operations.
• Enter, update, and maintain information in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and routine administrative follow-up.
• Organize files, maintain records, and ensure documents are stored accurately for easy retrieval.
• Assist team members with office projects and other administrative tasks as business needs arise.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role is preferred.• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for data entry, tracking, and reporting tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while staying organized and attentive to detail.
• Detail-oriented, approachable, and service-oriented communication style when interacting with visitors and staff.
• Capable of working independently and taking initiative in a fast-paced office setting.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
• Dependable work habits and a consistent commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
