Office Manager
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day office operations to maintain a clean, functional, and well-organized workplace.
• Coordinate with external vendors, building support teams, and service providers to address office maintenance and operational needs.
• Manage shared work areas, meeting rooms, and common spaces to ensure they are prepared and operating effectively.
• Track office inventory and arrange timely purchasing of supplies, refreshments, and other workplace essentials while keeping spending under control.
• Handle incoming office calls, direct questions to the appropriate contacts, and support clear communication across the site.
• Organize office events, employee appreciation activities, celebrations, and team engagement efforts that strengthen workplace culture.
• Support onboarding for new team members by preparing office logistics and coordinating workspace readiness.
• Assist with calendars, meeting arrangements, and general administrative coordination for office and leadership needs.
• Maintain office procedures and support consistent workplace practices related to daily operations.
• Provide administrative assistance related to invoices and accounts payable processes as needed.
Qualifications:
• Experience managing administrative functions within a detail-oriented office setting.• Ability to order, track, and maintain office supplies and workplace inventory efficiently.
• Familiarity with receptionist responsibilities, including answering calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable support and invoice-related administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills for working with employees, leadership, vendors, and service partners.
• Proficiency with scheduling, meeting coordination, and general office software tools.
Compensation
