ERP Analyst - Oracle EBS Developer

Compensation: $65 to $70 Hourly

We are seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Financials Developer to support, enhance, and optimize Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial applications. This role is responsible for the design, development, implementation, integration, and ongoing support of Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules and related business processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Oracle EBS Financials, PL/SQL development, integrations, reporting tools, and troubleshooting complex application issues in enterprise environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, develop, optimize, and maintain customizations, extensions, and integrations for Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules, primarily Oracle R12.
  • Support and enhance core Oracle Financial modules, including:
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects.
  • Design and support reports using Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and related Oracle development tools.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather requirements, document solutions, and implement system enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and data discrepancies.
  • Support interface development, integrations, data migrations, and data conversion activities.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, Web Services, and flat-file interfaces.
  • Coordinate system updates and application enhancements with database administrators and technical support teams.
  • Ensure compliance with secure coding practices, change management processes, and IT governance standards.
  • Participate in project planning, testing, deployments, code reviews, and post-production support activities.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for system enhancements, integrations, and development activities.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and technical support to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with DBAs, system administrators, and infrastructure teams to maintain reliable, high-performing application environments.



Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience supporting and developing Oracle E-Business Suite applications.
  • Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules, including AP, AR, and GL.
  • Advanced PL/SQL development experience, including:
  • Packages
  • Procedures
  • Functions
  • Triggers
  • Database performance tuning
  • Experience developing and supporting Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher solutions.
  • Experience with Oracle APIs, Web Services, interface development, and system integrations.
  • Experience supporting data migration, conversion, and integration projects.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Experience working throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle EBS customizations and extensions in large enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of Oracle database administration concepts and performance optimization.
  • Experience working within structured change management and IT governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
