ERP/CRM Architect

We are looking for an ERP/CRM Architect to lead the design and implementation of a centralized Microsoft Dynamics solution for a Contract engagement based in Madison, Wisconsin. This role will shape a scalable platform that improves partner relationship tracking, streamlines data management across departments, and supports secure access to shared information. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Dynamics, Power Platform tools, and reporting strategy while translating business needs into a practical architecture roadmap.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the architecture and configuration of a Microsoft Dynamics environment that centralizes partner and operational data across the organization.
• Work with stakeholders from multiple departments to refine business needs, translate them into system requirements, and define a practical implementation plan.
• Design role-based security and access controls so teams can view and manage the appropriate level of information.
• Build and optimize workflows, applications, and automations using Power Apps and Power Automate to improve process efficiency.
• Develop reporting solutions and dashboards in Power BI that provide clear visibility into activities, trends, and key performance indicators.
• Plan and support integration between Dynamics and existing data sources, including MongoDB, to create a consistent and reliable information ecosystem.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical direction to internal team members contributing to the solution build and ongoing enhancement.
• Establish standards for system design, data structure, and governance to support long-term scalability, usability, and maintainability.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in ERP, CRM, or solution architecture roles with a strong focus on enterprise business systems.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and broader Dynamics 365 platforms.
• Strong experience building solutions with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Demonstrated ability to design secure, role-based access models for systems used by multiple departments or user groups.
• Experience gathering requirements, translating business objectives into technical designs, and guiding implementation from planning through delivery.
• Familiarity with data integration patterns and connecting Dynamics with external or existing databases; MongoDB integration experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Compensation

$50.00-$72.00 Hourly
