Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

As the FP& A Manager, you'll play a highly visible role in shaping financial strategy and business performance. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll transform financial data into meaningful insights, develop reporting and forecasting tools, and help guide key business decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· Lead the preparation and continuous improvement of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for executive leadership.
· Develop financial models, budgets, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support strategic planning and business growth.
· Create and maintain KPI dashboards that provide actionable insights into financial and operational performance.
· Partner cross-functionally to analyze business results, identify trends, and deliver recommendations that drive informed decision-making.
· Support executive and board-level reporting while identifying opportunities to enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· 3+ years of relevant financial experience, preferably with a background in CPG/wholesale
· Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to build scalable, decision-support models.
· Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Compensation
