HR Recruiter
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities for hourly positions, including candidate outreach, initial screening, and interview scheduling.
• Lead and support open interview events to create an efficient and positive experience for prospective employees.
• Build and maintain recruiting partnerships with colleges, community organizations, and external vendors to strengthen talent pipelines.
• Administer candidate assessments and pre-employment screening steps, including testing and related recruitment documentation.
• Maintain accurate I-9 files and support adherence to employment eligibility and compliance requirements.
• Assist with onboarding activities and orientation preparation to help employees transition smoothly into their roles.
• Track recruiting activity and progress using HR systems, spreadsheets, and related reporting tools.
• Partner with staffing teams to support workforce priorities and improve overall recruiting effectiveness for high-volume staffing needs.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, or HR administration.• Background supporting high-volume or hourly hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of candidate prescreening, assessments, onboarding, and orientation support for new employees.
• Experience maintaining I-9 documentation and understanding employment-related compliance practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, and familiarity with HR or recruiting software.
• Experience using systems such as Paychex, UKG Pro, or UKG Ready is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, organization, and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
Compensation
