Productivity Analytics Manager
Responsibilities:
• Lead productivity and performance analysis to identify trends, measure outcomes, and support informed business decisions across teams.
• Partner with audit and compliance stakeholders to evaluate controls, document findings, and help maintain alignment with internal standards and regulatory expectations.
• Use Atlassian Jira to organize workstreams, monitor issue resolution, and provide clear visibility into project status and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with technology teams working with Cisco environments to assess operational effectiveness and support data-driven improvement opportunities.
• Conduct internal audit support activities, including reviewing documentation, tracking remediation items, and preparing concise reporting for leadership.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentation materials that communicate key productivity metrics and actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate discussions with cross-functional partners to clarify requirements, prioritize analytical requests, and ensure timely delivery of insights.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to reporting, compliance tracking, and operational governance, including transition-related activities when applicable.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in productivity analytics, performance reporting, or a comparable senior consulting capacity.• Strong knowledge of audit compliance practices, control review methods, and internal audit support activities.
• Hands-on experience using Atlassian Jira for task management, workflow tracking, and issue documentation.
• Familiarity with Cisco technologies and the ability to work effectively with technical teams in enterprise settings.
• Ability to analyze complex information, identify risks or inefficiencies, and present practical recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders and leadership audiences.
• Experience in environments involving retirement benefits or related regulated business processes is preferred.
Compensation
