Payroll & Benefits Administrator
We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our team in St. Petersburg, Florida. In this role, you will oversee payroll for a multi-state workforce while contributing to benefits administration and supporting various HR functions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid setting.
Responsibilities:
• Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees, ensuring accuracy in deductions, taxes, and garnishments.
• Collaborate with HR to assist with benefits administration and employee relations tasks.
• Provide support in training and development initiatives within the HR department.
• Utilize payroll systems to manage payroll operations effectively.
• Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on payroll regulations and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Assist with HR administrative functions, including recordkeeping and policy implementation.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Partner with the HR Director to streamline benefits-related processes and initiatives.
• Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in payroll administration.
• Proficiency in full-cycle payroll processes, including multi-state payroll.
• Familiarity with Paycom.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, deductions, and garnishments.
• Ability to manage payroll for a workforce of 100-500 employees.
• Experience in benefits administration and HR support.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Desire to learn and grow within HR functions and responsibilities
Compensation
