Accounting Clerk
Responsibilities:
• Review activity in the online donations platform and verify that incoming transactions are recorded accurately.
• Reconcile corporate credit card activity and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Process employee expense submissions, confirm supporting documentation, and prepare items for payment.
• Record and balance loan payment transactions while ensuring entries are complete and up to date.
• Prepare bank deposits by organizing checks, creating deposit documentation, and completing deposit-related recordkeeping.
• Handle check request administration, including validating details and routing requests for proper processing.
• Enter account payment information into QuickBooks with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in an accounting support or bookkeeping role.• Hands-on experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks for transaction entry and financial record maintenance.
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience processing invoices and managing expense reports.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking, reconciliation, and reporting tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
