Program Manager
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to support high-impact consulting initiatives in Chicago, Illinois. This position will lead compliance-focused programs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and help strengthen audit readiness across complex technology and benefits-related environments. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in governance, structured delivery, and enterprise tools, with the ability to keep priorities aligned and execution on track.
Responsibilities:
• Lead program activities that support audit compliance objectives and maintain alignment across business and technology teams.
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and leadership.
• Use Atlassian Jira to organize workstreams, monitor progress, and provide visibility into risks, dependencies, and status updates.
• Partner with internal audit teams to prepare documentation, track remediation efforts, and reinforce adherence to established controls.
• Oversee initiatives involving Cisco technologies, ensuring planning and execution remain consistent with operational and compliance expectations.
• Support retirement benefits-related program efforts by managing priorities, facilitating collaboration, and driving timely follow-through.
• Identify issues that could affect delivery or compliance outcomes and implement practical plans to reduce impact.
• Create concise reporting materials that summarize program health, key actions, and decision points for senior stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience managing complex programs in a consulting or enterprise environment.• Strong knowledge of audit compliance practices and control-focused program oversight.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira for tracking tasks, progress, and reporting.
• Familiarity with Cisco technologies and the ability to coordinate related initiatives effectively.
• Background working with internal audit processes, documentation, and remediation activities.
• Understanding of retirement benefits programs or related operational areas.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation
