Robert Half is partnering with a successful real estate company in Carlsbad that is looking to add a motivated Human Resources Assistant to its team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual interested in building a long-term career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You'll work closely with HR leadership and gain valuable exposure to multiple areas of human resources within a professional and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding activities
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
• Prepare new hire documentation and onboarding materials
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
• Support employee engagement initiatives and company events
• Process employment-related paperwork
• Assist with HR reporting and audits
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information
• Provide administrative support to the HR department

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of administrative or office experience preferred
• Interest in Human Resources and employee relations
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Real estate industry experience is a plus but not required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
