Leasing Agent

We are looking for a Leasing Agent for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing property management company located in Spokane Valley.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct apartment tours and showcase property amenities to prospective residents.
• Respond to phone, email, and walk-in leasing inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist applicants through the leasing process, including applications and lease documentation.
• Follow up with prospects to increase occupancy and lease conversions.
• Prepare lease renewals and support resident retention efforts.
• Maintain accurate records within property management software and resident files.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in leasing, property management, customer service, hospitality, or sales.

Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; property management software experience is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering outstanding customer service.
