HR Generalist
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire documentation and orientation.
- Assist with employee relations matters by conducting investigations and providing recommendations.
- Administer benefits enrollment, employee leaves, and HRIS updates.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Prepare HR reports, audits, and analytics as needed.
- Partner with leadership to support organizational and workforce initiatives.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR best practices.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or related HR certification is a plus.

- Experience supporting a multi-site or growing organization.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
Compensation
