Responsibilities
- Support accounting for a newly launched fund and related investment entities
- Prepare quarterly and annual fund closes and financial statements
- Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Review valuations, capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
- Maintain reconciliations, journal entries, and cash activity
- Prepare investor reporting and support regulatory filings
- Help drive automation, AI, and process improvement initiatives
- Partner with senior finance leadership on cross-functional projects

Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of audit experience with Private Equity and/or Venture Capital clients
- Acting Senior experience during at least one busy season
- Strong foundation in fund accounting and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills
- CPA or progress toward certification preferred
- Interest in automation, AI, and process improvement
- Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced investment environment
