Attorney/Lawyer

We are looking for a skilled litigation attorney with extensive experience in handling cases from initiation through trial. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional legal writing, oral advocacy skills, and a deep understanding of complex commercial litigation to the role. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex commercial cases in a dynamic legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation cases from inception through trial, ensuring effective representation and strategic case handling.

• Draft and file motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.

• Conduct thorough discovery, including interrogatories, depositions, and document reviews.

• Develop and execute litigation strategies tailored to each case's unique circumstances.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, delivering persuasive arguments and advocating for their interests.

• Analyze complex commercial litigation matters to provide informed legal advice and solutions.

• Collaborate with legal teams to address case challenges and meet deadlines.

• Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards while managing multiple cases.

• Research and interpret laws, regulations, and precedents to support case strategies.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on case progress.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid license to practice law in the state of California.
• Possess at least 7 years of experience in civil litigation, including complex commercial cases.
• Demonstrate strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Proficient in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Experienced in managing discovery processes, including depositions and document analysis.
• Graduated from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Ability to handle cases independently from start to trial.
• Skilled in analyzing legal issues and developing effective strategies.

Compensation

$150,000.00-$200,000.00 Yearly
