Physical Therapist/On-call/UKHC

Bachelor’s degree or higher in physical therapy

None

Current Kentucky State Physical Therapy License

Lifting, pushing or pulling objects greater than 50 pounds, standing and walking for long periods of time

Day-Shift: Primarily weekends, weekday hours may be available

Will perform physical therapy evaluations and render physical therapy treatments following a physician’s order. Will treat patients with a variety of diagnoses. Will perform appropriate documentation in the medical record. Acute care and ortho experience preferred.

Excellent communication and computer skills, necessary. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Requirement of working at least 2 weekend days per month.

Acute care experience preferred.
