Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls and messages with professionalism, providing timely support for product, service, and account-related questions.
• Process customer orders with a high level of accuracy, ensuring details are entered correctly and documentation is maintained.
• Prepare and share quotations based on customer requests, while clarifying pricing, availability, and related service information.
• Manage a mix of inbound and outbound communication to address follow-ups, resolve open issues, and keep customers informed.
• Investigate customer concerns involving complaints, billing matters, or post-sale questions and work toward practical resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support service delivery and help maintain smooth communication throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Use ERP and other office systems to update records, track requests, and monitor order and account activity.
• Provide administrative support related to customer accounts, including documentation, status updates, and routine correspondence.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing position.• Demonstrated ability to manage inbound calls, customer inquiries, and order entry in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience handling billing questions, customer complaints, and post-sales support with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Familiarity with preparing quotations and supporting customers through the sales and service process.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and standard administrative office tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with careful attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, stay organized, and follow through on customer needs effectively.
