Medical Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage front-desk activities by greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming office presence throughout the day.
• Respond to incoming calls promptly, route messages to the appropriate contacts, and provide clear information to patients and other callers.
• Perform administrative support tasks such as preparing documents, organizing files, and assisting with general office coordination.
• Enter and update information in office records with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support scheduling and routine clerical processes to help keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Maintain orderly administrative systems and ensure paperwork is completed, tracked, and stored appropriately.
Qualifications:
• Experience providing administrative support in an office, clinic, or similar setting.• Ability to handle inbound calls courteously and communicate clearly with a wide range of individuals.
• Strong data entry skills with consistent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfort managing receptionist and front-desk responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard administrative office practices, including filing, document handling, and record maintenance.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Compensation
