Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls with empathy and a solutions-focused approach.
• Assist customers with product questions, order updates, delivery inquiries, and general service-related concerns.
• Enter and update customer orders accurately while maintaining careful attention to detail.
• Place outbound calls as needed to confirm information, provide follow-up, or resolve outstanding service matters.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly to ensure accurate records and smooth handoffs when needed.
• Work across service channels to address issues promptly and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex concerns appropriately while staying engaged in the resolution process.
• Support operational changes or workflow updates as required, including adjustments tied to service processes and systems.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or high-volume support environment.• Strong ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism.
• Experience with order entry and maintaining accurate customer and transaction records.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize work in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable handling customer concerns, solving problems, and de-escalating issues effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems and service tools quickly.
Compensation
