Key Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Support financial reporting and analysis activities
- Maintain balance sheet integrity and investigate account variances
- Assist with the preparation of internal and external reporting packages
- Collaborate with various accounting and finance teams on special projects and process improvement initiatives
- Support audit requests and compliance-related activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Public accounting experience preferred but not required
- Staff Accountant candidates should have 1+ year of progressive accounting experience and a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
- Senior Accountant candidates should have 4+ years of experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting
- Understanding of US GAAP
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- CPA or progress toward CPA certification is a plus
Compensation
$85,000.00-$110,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
