Administrative Coordinator
We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations for a non-profit in, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping schedules organized, handling incoming calls with professionalism, and providing dependable administrative support to staff and clients. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain smooth communication across multiple activities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to keep office workflows organized and efficient.
• Respond to inbound calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide courteous support to callers.
• Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for team members and related activities.
• Arrange and confirm scheduling details while helping prevent conflicts or missed appointments.
• Prepare, update, and maintain administrative records, forms, and routine documentation.
• Support communication between staff, clients, and community-based contacts in a timely manner.
• Assist with general office coordination needs for home health-related services and operations.
Qualifications:
• Experience or demonstrated ability in administrative support or office coordination.• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and clear communication.
• Working knowledge of calendar management, scheduling, and appointment coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment.
• Effective interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach when working with staff and clients.
• Background exposure to home health, social work, or related support settings is preferred.
Compensation
