Legal Administrator
Prominent Texas based Law Firm is looking for an experienced Legal Recruiting Manager to support talent acquisition operations within a legal environment. This position focuses on coordinating high-volume hiring activity, strengthening recruitment workflows, and helping the organization attract professionals with relevant experience through well-executed sourcing and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end hiring activities for a high volume of open positions, from initial intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines by using diverse sourcing channels, networking methods, and targeted outreach strategies.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing priorities and translate business needs into practical recruiting plans.
• Organize and support hiring events, interview scheduling, and other recruitment-related activities to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Evaluate and refine recruiting workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and overall hiring outcomes.
• Track recruitment progress, analyze sourcing effectiveness, and share updates with stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
• Contribute to the development of talent acquisition initiatives that strengthen employer visibility and improve candidate engagement.
• Maintain accurate hiring records and ensure recruitment activities align with internal policies and legal standards.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting talent acquisition in a law Firm
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field is required
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate pipeline development, and recruitment strategy execution.
• Experience coordinating recruiting events, interviews, and other talent acquisition functions with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to improve recruiting processes and help design efficient, scalable hiring practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in managing competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Prior experience supporting recruitment efforts within the legal industry is strongly preferred.
