Systems Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Lead the rollout and operational adoption of advanced endpoint security solutions for enterprise-scale environments, including global deployments of CrowdStrike Falcon Complete.
• Manage the transition from legacy endpoint protection platforms to modern AI-driven security tools while maintaining business continuity and minimizing disruption.
• Evaluate and reinforce security controls across cloud environments, with a focus on improving protection and visibility within Azure and related infrastructure.
• Conduct recurring disaster recovery and resilience testing to validate continuity plans and identify opportunities to strengthen recovery readiness.
• Partner with technical stakeholders to assess system vulnerabilities, recommend remediation strategies, and improve the organization’s overall security posture.
• Design and build workflow automation solutions in ServiceNow to streamline operational processes and support infrastructure management.
• Support core enterprise systems administration involving Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange, and Citrix-based environments.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience deploying and administering enterprise security platforms, including CrowdStrike or comparable endpoint protection technologies.• Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Windows Server administration.
• Experience securing and supporting cloud infrastructure, particularly within Azure environments.
• Familiarity with business continuity planning, disaster recovery validation, and infrastructure resilience testing.
• Ability to work independently on engineering initiatives while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with ServiceNow automation, workflow design, or process improvement in an enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Citrix technologies in support of enterprise operations.
