Exception Role
Responsibilities:
• Process non-standard and complex customer transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review incoming requests, validate details, and complete order-related updates or corrections as needed.
• Respond to platform questions from business partners and internal team members while meeting service level expectations.
• Monitor transactional records to preserve data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Partner with account teams and business stakeholders to help turn platform opportunities into measurable results.
• Prepare data quality reporting, track key metrics, and share findings that support informed decisions.
• Identify workflow improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency and encourage broader platform adoption.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the wider team as priorities shift.
Qualifications:
• Two-year college degree with relevant experience, a minimum of three years in a related functional area, or a high school diploma/equivalent with at least five years of applicable experience.• Background in customer service, transaction processing, order entry, or operational support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with confidence handling day-to-day computer-based tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach to customer care.
• Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and present practical insights from data and metrics.
• Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and act with urgency.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams while also working independently under moderate supervision.
Compensation
