What You'll Do

• Review loan documentation and compare it to information housed within the bank's core system
• Work from Excel-based templates to validate loan data
• Identify discrepancies and inconsistencies between records
• Communicate findings to internal loan operations teams for correction
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate loan boarding and data maintenance
• Support ongoing quality assurance efforts tied to a multi-year banking transformation project

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stay focused and engaged while performing repetitive tasks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable identifying and professionally communicating discrepancies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and navigating multiple systems
• Reliable, organized, and process-oriented approach to work
• Prior banking experience and exposure to lending operations is highly preferred
• Other administrative roles involving document review, auditing, validation, or compliance is valued
