Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process customer quotes, sales orders, and related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy and turnaround time.
• Monitor open orders, confirm details are current, and reach out proactively to customers when updates or follow-up are needed.
• Handle changes to existing orders, including revisions and rush requests, while coordinating with internal teams to keep commitments on track.
• Maintain and administer contract records tied to platform services and cellular subscription agreements.
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide clear, solution-oriented support for order, quote, and account-related questions.
• Partner with colleagues across departments to investigate issues, share customer feedback, and help resolve concerns efficiently.
• Track individual and team performance expectations by supporting service metrics, quality standards, and reporting needs.
• Recommend practical improvements to quoting, order management, and customer support workflows to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Represent the voice of the customer by highlighting recurring needs and helping the business improve the overall client experience.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, or a related support role.• Demonstrated ability to manage order entry, quotations, and customer communications in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling inbound calls and responding professionally to a high volume of customer requests.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms and order management tools for maintaining accurate customer and transaction records.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues quickly.
• Comfortable using performance metrics or KPI reporting to support service goals and continuous improvement.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Compensation
