Marketing Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily campaign coordination and administrative operations in Omaha, Nebraska. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing office support, event coordination, and digital marketing tasks in a fast-moving environment. The role will contribute to scheduling, content organization, and team operations while helping maintain an efficient and detail-oriented campaign presence.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and handle logistics for events and team activities to keep campaign priorities on track.
• Provide consistent administrative support to campaign leaders and staff, ensuring routine tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Organize social media materials and digital content assets to support outreach efforts across online platforms.
• Maintain orderly digital file systems for photos, documents, and campaign resources so information is easy to access and update.
• Oversee general office coordination and help streamline day-to-day administrative processes for smooth operations.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, direct outreach activities, and email-related support as needed for campaign execution.
• Contribute to special assignments and provide additional operational support based on evolving campaign needs.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, marketing support, or a related function.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for scheduling, document preparation, and communication.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms, digital tools, and online content management environments.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with a team-oriented and detail-oriented approach.
• High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Availability to work onsite in Omaha, Nebraska, with flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend events.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, photography, photo editing, or content creation is considered an advantage.
Compensation
