IT Systems Generalist

Robert Half is seeking an IT Systems Administrator; this is an opportunity for a well-rounded IT Systems Administrator who enjoys balancing infrastructure administration with end-user support. You'll serve as the primary onsite IT resource, supporting Microsoft technologies, network infrastructure, and day-to-day technical operations while partnering closely with leadership on ongoing technology initiatives.

·        Administer and support Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and Windows environments.

·        Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including laptop imaging, equipment deployment, account provisioning, and user access.

·        Maintain Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and remote access.

·        Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, wireless connectivity, and Cisco networking equipment.

·        Coordinate endpoint management, remote devices, and ongoing technical support for a distributed workforce.

·        Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and technical procedures.

·        Assist with infrastructure planning, technology improvements, and IT best practices.

·        Coordinate with technology vendors and third-party service providers as needed.

·        Help ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations across the organization.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

·        3+ years of hands-on IT Systems Administration or IT Support experience.

·        Experience administering Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Windows environments.

·        Experience with Active Directory, user account management, and device provisioning.

·        Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, printers, and networking.

·        Experience supporting network infrastructure, switches, wireless networks, and remote users.

·        Experience with laptop deployment, imaging, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

·        Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a small IT environment.
