IT Project Manager

Our team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate application rollout initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully managed software or business application implementations and is comfortable overseeing multiple applications and cross-functional workstreams at once.

The Project Manager will be responsible for driving projects from planning through deployment, ensuring timelines, stakeholder communication, risk management, and user adoption efforts stay on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of application rollout projects across business and technical teams.
• Manage multiple applications simultaneously, including prioritization, scheduling, dependencies, and issue resolution.
• Partner with IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and end users to support implementation, testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, and communication plans.
• Coordinate rollout readiness activities, including user acceptance testing, change management, and post-launch support.
• Track milestones, budgets, resources, and project deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and provide clear updates on project progress, issues, and next steps.
• Support continuous improvement of rollout processes and project delivery standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager leading application rollouts, implementations, or system deployments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or applications at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, or other business-critical platforms.
• Healthcare industry background preferred.
• PMP, Scrum, or other project management certification.
• Background in change management or user adoption initiatives.
