IT Support Engineer

Robert Half is seeking an IT Support Engineer for a client located in Culver City, CA. IT Support Engineer will be responsible for delivering white-glove, VP-level executive support in an enterprise environment. This role is not entry-level and requires a seasoned professional who can operate independently, manage complex technical issues, and provide exceptional customer service to senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across Mac and Windows platforms, strong JAMF/MDM experience, and the confidence to support high-visibility users in a fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities/Day to Day:

·        Provide Executive (VP-level) support experience in enterprise environments

·        Strong proficiency with Jamf / MDM administration and device management

·        IT Asset Management (ITAM) maintenance and lifecycle support

·        Windows 11 migration experience

·        MFA setup, authentication, and identity support

·        Device imaging and deployment (Mac environments strongly preferred)

·        iOS and Android device support and troubleshooting 

Qualifications:

Requirements:

·        3–5+ years of IT Help Desk or Service Desk experience (remote support via phone, email, and ticketing systems)

·        Strong understanding of both Mac and PC environments

·        Experience using ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar ticketing platforms

·        Excellent documentation and process adherence skills

·        Experience working with external vendors (HP, Dell, printer/telecom partners, etc.)

·        Comfortable with light physical work (hardware deployment, workstation setup, equipment handling)

·        Strong communication skills with a friendly, service-oriented approach

·        Experience supporting onboarding and end-user setup in enterprise environments
