Data Entry Clerk
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support daily administrative and data management functions in New Castle. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company systems and spreadsheets. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and verify data in internal databases and spreadsheets
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness before inputting information
- Maintain organized electronic and paper records
- Use Microsoft Excel to track, sort, filter, and manage data
- Generate basic reports and assist with data audits as needed
- Communicate with internal team members to resolve missing or incorrect information
- Perform general administrative support duties as assigned
Qualifications:

- Previous data entry, administrative, or office support experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Fast and efficient typing/data entry skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, or ERP systems
- Ability to identify discrepancies and problem-solve efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation
