Call Center Representative
Bilingual Call Center Representative
Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization to identify a professional and customer-focused Bilingual Call Center Representative. This position is responsible for assisting customers by phone, answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information in a fast-paced call center environment.
Candidates must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish and comfortable assisting customers in both languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls in both English and Spanish
- Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, accounts, orders, billing, and company policies
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
- Research and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a calm and professional approach
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide necessary updates
- Document customer interactions, questions, and resolutions accurately within the company’s system
- Update customer account information and process service requests as needed
- Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
- Meet established expectations for call quality, response time, attendance, and customer satisfaction
- Follow company procedures and protect confidential customer information
- Assist with additional customer service and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Previous customer service or call center experience is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Professional and confident telephone presence
- Ability to remain patient and solution-oriented when assisting frustrated customers
- Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
