Human Resources Generalist
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. This position is onsite, and preference will be given to Hawaii residents. The Human Resources Generalist supports all aspects of HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Job Responsibilities
- Answer employee and applicant phone inquiries
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and orientation
- Maintain employee files and HR records
- Support benefits administration and compliance activities
- Coordinate interviews and hiring processes
- Assist with employee relations matters
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation
Qualifications:
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of human resources experience preferred
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Professional phone and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Hawaii residents preferred due to onsite requirements
Compensation
