Job Title: Client Operations Specialist
Location: San Francisco; Hybrid
Salary: $75-80k + Bonus
Robert Half is teaming up with a dynamic Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm on the hunt for a driven Client Operations Specialist. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Advisory Group and Client Services Team to gain expertise and actively engage in all aspects of the wealth management process.
- Collect and organize client data, including personal and financial goals, to support comprehensive planning.
- Review and analyze client financial documents to assess their current financial position.
- Assist in creating and developing client financial plans, investment policy statements, and detailed portfolio reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in client service, operations, or administrative support, ideally within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or financial services environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with financial technology platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with internal teams and clients.

Compensation
