Investment Operations Analyst | Investment Management | Marin County; Hybrid

 

Robert Half is partnering with a well-established investment management firm with a long-standing reputation for disciplined investing and a collaborative culture. The firm offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals while supporting sophisticated investment strategies in a team-oriented environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily investment operations activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of portfolio transactions.
  • Partner with custodians, brokers, and service providers to help facilitate trade activity, settlements, and operational workflows.
  • Monitor cash activity, investment positions, and transaction activity while assisting with issue resolution and account maintenance.
  • Perform reconciliations and research discrepancies across cash, holdings, and investment records.
  • Assist with corporate action processing, trade reporting, and operational documentation.
  • Support reporting requirements for internal teams, clients, and regulatory needs.
  • Contribute to process improvements and special projects to enhance operational efficiency. 

You will report to the Managing Director of Trading and Operations.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in investment operations, fund accounting, asset management operations, or a related financial services environment.
  • Understanding of investment lifecycle processes, including trade execution, settlement, and reconciliation.
  • Exposure to global markets, securities, and foreign exchange transactions preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Compensation

$120,000.00-$160,000.00 Yearly
