General Office Clerk
The General Office Clerk is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and excellent customer service skills. We are looking for a General Office Clerk to assist with daily office operations in a professional services environment. Preference will be given to Hawaii residents due to onsite work requirements. Job Responsibilities
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
- Perform filing, scanning, and data entry
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office records and documentation
- Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks
- Support staff with clerical duties
- Maintain organized office systems
Qualifications:
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous clerical, administrative, or office experience preferred
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- Experience answering and directing phone calls
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Hawaii residents preferred due to onsite requirements
Compensation
