Technical Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead strategic infrastructure, cloud, and security initiatives across a global technology organization. This role will drive the delivery of enterprise-scale programs focused on Azure cloud infrastructure, security modernization, governance, compliance, and platform engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with exceptional program leadership, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution of enterprise infrastructure and security initiatives.
• Lead Azure cloud transformation projects, including landing zones, cloud governance, and infrastructure modernization efforts.
• Partner with engineering, security, architecture, and operations teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions.
• Drive security-focused programs including risk reduction, compliance, audit readiness, and governance initiatives.
• Manage complex project dependencies across multiple global teams and business units.
• Coordinate infrastructure deployments, cloud migrations, and platform enhancements while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop executive-level presentations, status reports, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions, resolve blockers, and ensure successful program delivery.
• Establish program metrics, KPIs, governance processes, and reporting mechanisms.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to support frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC, NIST, CIS, or similar standards.
• Ensure projects meet budget, timeline, and quality expectations while minimizing operational risk.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Technical Program Management, or Infrastructure Program Management.
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud services, cloud architecture, and landing zone implementation.
• Experience leading security, infrastructure, governance, or compliance programs within enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with globally distributed engineering and technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to executives and non-technical audiences.
• Strong project planning, risk management, and dependency management experience.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud governance, policy management, and security controls.
• Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, networking, identity management, and cloud security.
• Experience supporting regulatory or compliance initiatives.
• Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305, or related).
• IAM Experience
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred.
