A hospitality company is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors. Preference will be given to Hawaii residents for this onsite position. The Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive first impression while handling front-office duties and customer interactions. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. Job Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Welcome guests and visitors
• Manage front desk operations
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Process incoming mail and deliveries
• Maintain visitor logs and office records
• Provide administrative support to staff

Qualifications:

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Experience answering multi-line phone systems
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule availability preferred
• Hawaii residents preferred due to onsite requirements
