IPC is seeking a highly motivated Integrated Supply Chain Planning Manager to be responsible for serving as the primary supply chain planning lead for all Limited Time Offer (LTO) items and new product launches, partnering closely with brand marketing, and analytics teams to translate concept and promotional plans into validated, executable forecasts. Own the end-to-end ingestion of LTO and new item forecasts into IPC's forecasting systems, and lead the development and execution of associated supply plans, including production lifts, capacity checks, and inventory builds. They will also maintain dotted-line coordination with the appropriate Supply Planners and Supply Associates to ensure LTO and new item volumes are properly reflected in core item supply plans and execution schedules. Serve as the primary point of contact for inventory authorizations across the full lifecycle, from feasibility assessment through execution and close-out. They will also build and present weekly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) content related to LTO/new item activity, ensuring leadership and cross-functional stakeholders have clear visibility into forecast validation, supply readiness, and risk.

  • Serve as the primary supply chain planning contact for LTO items and new product launches, partnering directly with brand and marketing teams throughout concept, planning, and execution phases, along with internal stakeholders (Assurance, Sourcing, Program Management, etc)
  • Validate demand forecasts for LTO and new items against brand inputs, historical analogs, and market intelligence prior to system ingestion.
  • Own ingestion and maintenance of LTO and new item forecasts within IPC's forecasting systems, ensuring data accuracy, timing, and alignment with the broader category forecast.
  • Develop supply plans for new or LTO items, including production lifts, raw material and packaging readiness, and inventory build schedules
  • Maintain dotted-line engagement with the appropriate Supply Planners and Supply Associates to align LTO-related lifts and contingencies with standing core item supply plans.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inventory authorizations, managing the process from feasibility review through approval and execution.
  • Identify and communicate risks to forecast accuracy or supply readiness for LTO/new items, proactively escalating and recommending mitigation plans.
  • Build and present weekly IBP deck content covering LTO/new item status, supply readiness, inventory authorization status, and key risks.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sourcing, Distribution & Logistics, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Brand) to ensure LTO and launch timelines are met.
  • Track post-launch and post-event performance against forecast, capturing learnings to improve forecast accuracy on future LTO/launch activity.
  • Support obsolescence management and liability risk mitigation related to LTO and new item transitions, including end-of-life and runout planning
  • Review LTO and new item case pack, waste, and yield assumptions for efficiency
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities related to LTO and new product launch planning
  • All other duties as reasonably assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, and/or relevant professional experience will also be considered.
  • 6+ years of demonstrated progression in a Supply Chain Planning role, mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Limited Time Offers, new product launches, or promotional events, required.
  • Strong working experience as part of a formal S&OP or Integrated Business Planning process, preferred.
  • 2+ years experience using an end-to-end supply chain solution and related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), preferred.
  • Experience partnering directly with brand or marketing teams on forecast validation, preferred.
  • Advanced in using a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (Micro Strategy, Tableau, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) and Business Intelligence, preferred.

This is a full-time position. Standard office hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. This position may require additional work hours outside these work hours, including weekends to complete job requirements.
