Senior Manager Government Pricing & Contracting Analytics
The Senior Manager, Government/Commercial Pricing and Contracting Analytics is an important role within the Market Access organization. This position shall generate key insights and in conjunction with 3rd party vendors assist in administering Commerical, Chargeback and other key payer arrangements. The Senior Manager shall provide support for contract negotiation efforts with government and commercial Payers by reviewing contract redlines, developing contract proposals, analyzing data, and gaining the necessary approvals for alignment. This position will work cross functionally with business partners across the organization to provide insights related to Payer contract performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Performs extensive payer contract analysis of volume, discounts and ensures all proposed agreements are net sales positive to the organization compared to the next best alternativeTracks performance of contracted customers to identify opportunities to maximize Net Sales including analysis of chargeback discounts/volumeLeads the analysis of data related to established Value Based Rebate Contracts (VBC) to evaluate compliance and validate additional earned value. Assists Senior Director, Pricing and Contracting in working with key stakeholders to propose new mechanisms of VBC arrangements to expand opportunities within the payer accounts.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline (Masters Degree a plus)
