About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Partner owns full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles and regions across multiple states, from building the hiring strategy through offer. You'll work directly with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, not just an order taker, shaping how each role gets filled and using our core values as the lens for every hire you make.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles and regions, from requisition through offer
- Partner directly with hiring managers to build hiring strategies tailored to each role
- Advise hiring managers on timelines, market conditions, and candidate availability
- Proactively source and build candidate pipelines through job boards, networking, and outreach
- Write and post job ads optimized for job boards
- Screen and interview candidates, evaluating fit against both role requirements and core values
- Build and maintain interview guides tailored to each role
- Extend and negotiate offers in partnership with hiring managers and HR
- Track recruiting metrics like time to fill, source of hire, and quality of hire, and use them to sharpen sourcing strategy
- Partner with a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on scheduling and candidate communication to keep things moving
What You Bring
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high volume or multi-site environment
- Experience with an ATS required (we use Paylocity), plus familiarity with job boards and sourcing tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles across different states at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience building interview guides and sourcing strategies across multiple roles or departments
- Knowledge of pre-employment screening processes
- Experience tracking recruiting metrics to improve process and performance
- A relationship-building mindset with a focus on partnering closely with hiring managers
