What You’ll Do
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Replenish restroom and break room supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and break room areas, including loading/unloading dishwashers, washing dishes as needed, and keeping sinks, counters, and appliances clean.
- Assist with meeting and event room setup and cleanup as needed.
- Follow cleaning schedules and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Communicate maintenance needs to management in a timely manner.
- Complete project-based, specialty, and deep cleaning assignments as needed.

Who You Are
- High school diploma, GED or related experience and/ or training
- Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safe cleaning practices.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to follow established cleaning schedules.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Requires frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching throughout the workday.
- Must be able to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and remain active for extended periods.
