Learning Management System and Instructional Design Lead

PCI Government Services is looking for a Learning Management System and Instructional Design Lead for a proposal. This position is pending award, is hybrid, and reports to the Program Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design, development, and ongoing management of all curriculum content delivered through the Learning Management System
- Selecting and implementing of the LMS platform
- Developing SCORM-compatible modules
- Management of CEU/CME accreditation processes.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, curriculum development, public health, or a closely related field. Relevant certifications, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or ATD Master Instructional Designer, may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience designing and developing virtual curriculum and LMS-hosted learning modules for healthcare, public health, or federal program audiences.
- This position must demonstrate expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design for virtual and asynchronous environments, and health-focused curriculum development.
- Demonstrated experience with SCORM-compatible LMS platforms and Section 508 accessibility standards.
- Experience managing CEU/CME accreditation processes for healthcare continuing education is preferred.
- Experience developing curriculum for safety net health providers or underserved community audiences preferred.
