AV Technical Support (Preparedness)

PCI Government Services is looking for a junior level AV Technical Support candidate for an onsite role in Atlanta, GA. This is for a proposal and is pending funding/award.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for audio visual, technical, and administrative support for response-related AV functions.
  • Provide meeting support to the Incident Manager (IM), Deputy Incident Manager(s) (DIM), Chief of Staff (CofS), and other Operations Chief response activities, as needed.
  • Timely review of e-mails requesting support related to day-to-day, and EOC operations.
  • Monitor the events scheduled on the daily staff rhythm and EOC operations calendar.
  • Set-up and prep conference rooms (actual/virtual) ahead of meetings.
  • Moderate audio bridge lines in support of conference calls.
  • Coordinate scheduling and support Envision video conferencing, audio, and web conferencing applications (Web Ex, ZOOM and MS Teams).
  • Conduct monthly AV systems checks and document issues with recommended solutions.
  • Perform basic copier/printer maintenance; this maintenance is not otherwise contracted for under standard copier maintenance agreements.
  • Work encompasses shift assignments to support 24/7/365 operations.

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS, with 0-3+ years' experience, or 5+ years work experience
  • Audio Visual expertise is required, but no standard certification is needed.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust.
  • Experience in emergency response preferred, in a public health setting, desired.
  • Expertise in the use of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Mail).
  • Ability to effectively communicate needs at all briefings to assist with operational strategy.
  • Ability to identify gaps in existing resources.
  • Ability to multitask in emergency situations.
  • Ability to be flexible with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Interpersonal communication: telephone, email, and business etiquette.
  • Strong proofreading skill and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
