Software Developer

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join a team delivering robust web and backend solutions. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and enjoys building scalable applications, improving software quality, and collaborating in an Agile Scrum environment. The role offers the opportunity to work across API development, modern frontend components, and server-side programming while contributing to reliable, user-focused products.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and web applications using .NET/ASP.NET, as well as .NET Framework web application stack

• Develop and enhance APIs that support application functionality, system integration, and data exchange across platforms.

• Partner with cross-functional team members in an Agile Scrum setting to plan work, deliver features, and address technical challenges.

• Investigate defects, manage bug tracking activities in Jira, and implement durable fixes that improve application stability.

• Create and execute API testing strategies to validate performance, reliability, and expected behavior.

• Use GitHub for version control, code collaboration, and review processes that support high-quality software delivery.

• Contribute to A/B testing efforts by implementing and refining application changes that support product evaluation and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in software development with strong knowledge of C#

• Demonstrated ability to develop backend systems, web applications, and APIs in a production environment.

• Experience working with ASP.NET and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or React.js. is highly desirable

• Proficiency with Jira for issue management and bug tracking throughout the development lifecycle.

• Familiarity with GitHub-based workflows, including source control, branching, and peer review practices.

• Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and the ability to collaborate effectively within iterative delivery teams.

• Experience with API testing and troubleshooting to ensure dependable integration performance.

• Exposure to Ajax and A/B testing concepts is valued for supporting interactive features and product improvements.
