Partner Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
• Design and execute joint marketing initiatives with software, integration, and channel partners to increase brand visibility, customer interest, and solution adoption.
• Create and oversee comprehensive partner marketing plans, including schedules, milestones, financial tracking, and success measurements.
• Lead the delivery of partner-facing events and programs such as webinars, sponsored engagements, in-person activations, and virtual campaigns from planning through results analysis.
• Work closely with sales, alliances, product marketing, and broader marketing teams to align campaign messaging and support shared go-to-market objectives.
• Monitor program effectiveness by evaluating campaign data, summarizing outcomes, and recommending improvements to enhance future performance.
• Manage several marketing projects at once while maintaining quality, meeting deadlines, and keeping initiatives within approved scope and budget.
• Support strong partner collaboration through consistent communication, coordination, and enablement throughout each stage of execution.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated marketing experience at an advanced level, with a strong foundation in B2B campaign strategy and execution.• Hands-on success developing partner marketing programs and events involving software partners, integrators, global integrators, or reseller channels.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, matrixed organization with frequent collaboration across multiple internal teams.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with experience handling multiple complex priorities independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt messaging for both partners and internal stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and a consistent approach to follow-through, execution, and accountability.
• Familiarity with marketing technology such as automation platforms, webinar tools, CRM systems, or event management solutions is preferred.
Compensation
