Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Handle a steady flow of incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
• Make outbound calls when needed to follow up on service matters, address concerns, and encourage customer retention.
• Enter and update order information and customer records carefully to maintain accurate account details.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently by identifying needs, explaining available solutions, and ensuring appropriate next steps are completed.
• Support retention efforts by engaging with customers who may be considering cancellation and reinforcing the value of services offered.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members in a hybrid setting to maintain service quality and meet performance expectations.
• Participate in required on-site training and apply learned processes, service standards, and communication techniques to daily work.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role.• Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with order entry or updating customer information in internal systems.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Proven ability to de-escalate concerns and support customer retention conversations effectively.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid role and attending on-site training during the first two weeks.
• Reliable organizational skills and attention to detail when handling multiple customer interactions.
Compensation
