IT Contracts Manager
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate a broad range of IT agreements, including software, consulting, master services, hosting, maintenance, and support contracts, to confirm accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Administer the full contract lifecycle by organizing records, maintaining documentation, and ensuring executed materials are properly stored and accessible.
• Monitor technology assets such as software licenses and hardware inventories to support accurate tracking and contract alignment.
• Create and refine contract administration procedures that support policy compliance and improve consistency across IT purchasing activities.
• Partner with business leaders, legal, compliance, and supply chain teams to review terms, resolve issues, and support negotiations with vendors.
• Manage contract modifications by coordinating amendments, addenda, quotes, proposals, and work orders tied to ongoing technology services.
• Communicate agreement updates to stakeholders, facilitate contract-related meetings, and help teams stay informed on document status and next steps.
• Prepare recurring status reports that summarize active, pending, and completed IT agreements, including supporting details for documents in progress or fully executed.
• Assist with onboarding new technology agreements by supporting due diligence activities and related authorization or billing documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma with 3–5 years of finance or contract management experience and at least 2 years of experience supporting information technology environments, or a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with the same relevant experience.• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in contract administration, vendor management, or a related business function.
• Working knowledge of vendor agreements, contract terms and conditions, and IT asset or software asset management practices.
• Ability to assess technical and contractual information from multiple sources and use sound judgment to identify concerns or inconsistencies.
• Strong skill in interpreting policies, procedures, service documentation, and written instructions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate across business, legal, compliance, and technical teams.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, handle time-sensitive work, and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
• Experience developing or supporting procedure documentation, work orders, and contract change control activities.
Compensation
